1. Subscriptions
The DPC Academy works with the booking platform  EversportsThe subscriptions are personal and non-transferable. The subscriptions are valid from the date of purchase and the duration is determined at the time of purchase.

Paid course fees are non-refundable. Monthly subscriptions can be paused for the advertised period due to holidays, absences for professional reasons, illness, injury or other reasons lasting longer than two weeks, provided that this absence is communicated in writing in advance. Subsequent pauses are not possible. Annual subscriptions purchased with the New Year's discount are not eligible for pause.

Changes to the timetable or teaching staff can occur at any time. There is no right to a refund.

2. Reservation terms

A valid tariff (subscription or individual class) is required for online registration. This can be purchased by credit card when registering online via Eversports.

Registrations that have been made can be cancelled via Eversports up to 12 hours before the start of the class. In the event of cancellation, the corresponding rate (subscription or individual class) will be credited to the account. Course fees paid will not be refunded.

In the case of late cancellations and no-shows, the class will be deducted from the subscription without notice. People with monthly subscriptions who repeatedly register but do not show up lose the right to make a reservation.

The courses will take place if there are at least 2 registrations. If fewer than 2 people are registered 12 hours before the course starts, the course will be automatically cancelled.

3. Termination/Extension/Refund

Memberships:

The subscription runs for 1, 6 or 12 months and cannot be cancelled early. Refunds are not possible.

3 days before the end of the term, an automatic email will be sent with a cancellation reminder. If you do not respond, the subscription will automatically be renewed for the same period as before.

Block cards:

The block card expires automatically after 1 or 4 months. Refunds are not possible.

 

4. Health

​Personal responsibility and normal mental and physical resilience are required for attendance at all lessons. Any existing health restrictions must be reported to the course leader. If symptoms of contagious illness occur, the person is expected to stay at home.

5. Insurance

The DPC Academy or its staff accept no liability for damage resulting from an accident, injury or illness. It is the participant's responsibility to take out insurance. No liability is accepted for theft or loss of items, or for injuries or accidents, and the DPC Academy cannot be held liable.

6. Photos and videos

​DPC Academy is entitled to take photos and videos of courses, workshops and training sessions and to publish them without the consent of the participants. If a participant does not want this, the DPC Academy must be informed.

 

​7. Changes to the General Terms and Conditions and Operating Regulations

​The member expressly acknowledges that the General Terms and Conditions are subject to change and that these will be brought to his attention in an appropriate form. The member cannot derive any rights from a change to the General Terms and Conditions or the operating regulations.

 

​8. Place of jurisdiction

​Swiss law applies to all legal relationships with the DPC Academy. The place of jurisdiction is Dübendorf as of October 2020.
